Fundraisers

The Hart Band Boosters holds two major fundraisers a year to raise money for the Band and Strings program at Hart Middle School. All instrumental musical groups perform at the two events. Parents, students, Hart staff and members of the Pleasanton community come together to support our amazing program. 

Pancake Breakfast & Craft Fair Fundraiser: October 

A delicious breakfast is served while you enjoy the craft fair. All Hart instrumental music groups perform throughout the morning.

The Hart Beat Dinner Fundraiser: April 

WRIMB’s biggest fundraiser of the year, the annual Hart Beat Dinner at the Pleasanton Senior Center. You can help us make this event a great success by donating time or items for silent and live auctions.

Here are some suggestions:

• Personal services: Shopping expertise, home improvement, organization solutions
• Tickets for sports events or shows
• A week at a mountain or beach home
• Frequent flyer miles or hotel points that can be packaged to make a trip
• Share your special talent by offering to cook a dinner or provide a class in running, decorating, etc.
• Host a party: Poker night, family game night, martini or wine tasting
• Donate a gift certificate or special item
